Copyright

By supplying us with artwork, you warrant that you have the copyright or licence in that image or the written permission of the copyright owner to use the photograph. Under no circumstances will Blue Dot Studio be responsible for any copyright issues arising as a result of you supplying us with any image or artwork in breach of copyright.

Photography

We do not provide make-up products in our shoots due to any allergic reactions. However, if clients brings their own make up we are happy to apply for them. We will not be held responsible for the safety of young children during our shoot. Responsibly lies on the parents or guardian at all times.

Artwork supplied

Blue Dot Studio cannot warranty the final outcome of a print if the artwork you supply is of inferior quality or not suitable for a print size required by you. We will do our best to give you a quality finish but we cannot be held responsible for the end product if your supplied artwork is poor. It is your responsibility to ensure that all colours, sizes and cropping areas are indicated and where necessary corrected. Blue Dot Studio can work on sub-standard images or photos only if asked by you and subject to the rates below. Blue Dot Studio will print works exactly as supplied by you unless otherwise requested.

Right to refuse

Blue Dot Studio hold the right to refuse work which is deemed of very low quality or in contradiction with our business morals and principles. This may include but is not limited to: poor artwork, immoral or illegal materials.

Prices

Blue Dot Studio prices are competitive, however we reserve the right to alter these without notice.

Payments

Blue Dot Studio operate on online payment through our Merchant Account. Customers can link to our secured payment account from our site or from an email notification for the link. All orders of products need to be paid for up front before they can be dispatched.

The work

Blue Dot Studio carry out in-house work. However, we reserve the right to sub-contract your work if we deem it suitable or necessary.

Cancellations

Blue Dot Studio cannot cancel works which have been initiated and paid for.

The completed work

Blue Dot Studio will do their best to give you a product as close to your request as possible. However, under no circumstances will Blue Dot Studio be responsible for colour-matching. Our discretion is final.

Delivery

We will do out best to deliver your products in the quickest possible time without sacrificing quality. Blue Dot Studio do not have any control over Royal Mail or courier companies. Some deliveries may be delayed due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. In these instances, Blue Dot Studio will not be liable for any consequential loss. Please ensure that you CHECK your delivery before signing for it. Blue Dot Studio will not accept liability for missing or damaged items unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company. Please do not sign for your goods until you have physically checked them and are satisfied that they are in perfect condition.

Loss or damage

Blue Dot Studio shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to your product during transport beyond the value of the invoice and what you have paid us.

Returns

Please note our returns policy only covers damaged or faulty goods. Its does not cover change of mind or colour variations due to individual monitor settings.

Discrepancies

Any discrepancies in the final work delivered to you must be reported to Blue Dot Studio within 24 hours of receipt.

Purchasing

By making a purchase from Blue Dot Studio, you agree to allow Blue Dot Studio to showcase or feature your work on their web site or any other related web sites or in promotional literature.

Canvas sizes - End product

Blue Dot Studio cannot guarantee that the final size will be exactly the size requested. If the size requested does not match the image aspect ratio then cropping may be required.

Canvas price guides - Payment

As we offer a wide range of sizes we do not take payment at the point of you uploading your images. Once your image has been checked for the size of canvas you have chosen we will email you for the final payment and a secured link is provided for our online payment. For Art and Design canvas prints you are able to buy online using our shopping trolley. All orders of products need to be paid for up front before they can be dispatched. We accept major credit cards.
